If you have dental insurance, we will be happy to assist you by filing your claims and the pre-determination of benefits. Please keep in mind that your dental benefits are determined by your employer and may be limited on certain services.

Insurance Information:
Your dental insurance is designed to assist you, the policy holder, with dental fees. However, few policies provide complete coverage.
Our business assistants deal with many different insurance companies and are knowledgeable about the coverage of most insurance plans. They will do their best to provide you with as accurate coverage estimates based on information available to us. The business assistants will file the pre-determination of benefits for you. Please keep in mind, this is just an estimate of insurance coverage and is NOT a guarantee of payment.
As a courtesy to you, with the exception of the initial examination appointment, we will file your insurance for dental services and accept assignment of insurance benefits. You will be responsible for the any fees not covered by your insurance plan.
